Bourbon Vieux, located in the heart of Bourbon Street, is the premier venue for New Orleans weddings, private parties, corporate events, association and social events. Reserve your spot on our Bourbon Street balcony for Mardi Gras 2014.
Your guests will enjoy the centuries-old architecture and the spirit of the historic New Orleans French Quarter as they relax on our covered balcony, the largest on Bourbon Street. Our 3,555 square foot event facility can accommodate groups from 50-500 and up to 750 when combined with our restaurant.
In the past, Bourbon Vieux was known as Dan’s Pier 600 Club, and was home to a famous Jazz musician and trumpet player named Al Hirt. Throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, Hirt filled this space with his famous jazz music and trumpet tunes.
Our venue has been fully renovated to include modern audio-visual and lighting systems, so you can have both the charm of a historic French Quarter building with all the conveniences of a new building. With our romantic atmosphere, exposed brick wall, stunning chandeliers and sconces, hand painted gold leaf details, and large covered balcony, our Bourbon Street event space offers elegance with a Vieux!
