Elegance with a Vieux!

For New Orleans weddings, corporate events, private parties, and social events, come to Bourbon Vieux. We are located in the heart of Bourbon Street, and are the premier event venue in the French Quarter. Reserve your spot on our Bourbon Street balcony for Mardi Gras 2014.

We are proud to say that our covered balcony is the largest on Bourbon Street, and is a place where our guests love to relax and take in the views of the historic New Orleans French Quarter. We can accommodate 50-500 people in our upstairs 3,555 square foot venue, and even up to 750 people when combined with our facility downstairs.

In the past, Bourbon Vieux was known as Dan’s Pier 600 Club, and was home to a famous Jazz musician and trumpet player named Al Hirt. Throughout the 1950s and 60s, this space was graced by the famous trumpet tunes and live jazz music performed by Mr. Hirt.

The Bourbon Vieux has been fully renovated to restore our special venue's French Quarter historical ambience and has been enhanced with modern audio/visual and lighting conveniences. An exposed brick wall, hand painted gold leaf details, dramatic damask foyer and stunning chandeliers and sconces are just some of the touches that make Bourbon Vieux the best Bourbon Street event space – offering elegance with a Vieux!

We offer a variety of menus and can tailor a menu to suit your desires. Let us wow your guests with a Flaming Bananas Foster Action Station or a lavish Seafood Display. If you prefer a casual Southern cuisine, then we can do all the local favorites - red beans and rice, gumbo and homemade bread pudding - just to name a few.
