Elegance with a Vieux!

Bourbon Vieux is the premier event venue in the French Quarter, located in the heart of Bourbon Street, and perfect for your New Orleans wedding, social event, corporate event, private party or Mardi Gras celebration. Reserve your spot on our Bourbon Street balcony for Mardi Gras 2014.

Bourbon Vieux boasts the largest covered balcony on Bourbon Street, where guests can appreciate the centuries-old architecture and the spirit of the French Quarter in historic New Orleans. Our 3,555 square foot event facility can accommodate groups from 50-500 and up to 750 when combined with our restaurant.

Years ago, Bourbon Vieux (formerly Dan’s Pier 600 Club) was home to Al Hirt, a famous jazz musician and trumpet player. Throughout the 1950s and early 1960s, Hirt filled this space with his famous jazz music and trumpet tunes.

Our venue has been fully renovated to include modern audio-visual and lighting systems, so you can have both the charm of a historic French Quarter building with all the conveniences of a new building. With our romantic atmosphere, exposed brick wall, stunning chandeliers and sconces, hand painted gold leaf details, and large covered balcony, our Bourbon Street event space offers elegance with a Vieux!

We offer a variety of menus and can tailor a menu to suit your desires. Let us wow your guests with a Flaming Bananas Foster Action Station or a lavish Seafood Display. If you prefer a casual Southern cuisine, then we can do all the local favorites - red beans and rice, gumbo and homemade bread pudding - just to name a few.
