Sharon Bailey, Sales Coordinator
Sharon joined the Bourbon Vieux staff in 2000 after moving to the French Quarter from Clearwater, Florida.
Her responsibilities include Mardi Gras and New Year's Eve reservations along with various social events and day-to-day office activities.

Taylor Cabral, Sales Manager
Born and raised in New Orleans, Taylor has a love and appreciation for our unique city. She moved out of state for college and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Taylor returned home to pursue her dream of working in the Hospitality/Catering Industry. In 2007, Taylor accepted a position as Sales Manager for Bourbon Vieux and is responsible for the Wedding, Fraternity/Sorority, Sports and Local Corporate markets. She is a member of FEA, HENA and NACE.

Richard Norman, Operations Manager
A native New Orleanian who heavily believes in teamwork to create the atmosphere you desire. Richard brings 7 years of hospitality experience with him, 4 of which have been with Cajun Cabin and 2 with Bourbon Vieux. He was recently promoted to Operations Manager in 2007 after working as Assistant Operations Manager in 2006.

Annette Huth, Director of Sales and Marketing
A native New Orleanian, Annette brings numerous years of experience to Bourbon Vieux. Starting out in hotels in the early 80's and moving into Catering in the mid 90's. She is an active member of LSAE, MPI, HCEA, HENA, ISES and NACE. She has served on the Board of Directors for LSAE and is currently Program Director for the NACE New Orleans Chapter. Annette handles the National Corporate, Citywide Convention and Association markets.

Dave Wiebelt, Executive Chef
Chef Wiebelt brings numerous years of culinary expertise to Bourbon Vieux. After working in some of New Orleans most reputable restaurants, his creativeness has brought about rave reviews from our clients. His innovative ideas, presentation skills and culinary diversity make him an indispensable part of our team.
